On March 8, 2022, Pangasinan State University, through the Learning and Development Unit of the HRMDO, conducted a seminar entitled “PSUโ€“WE EVOLVE” and was attended by all teaching and non-teaching personnel of Pangasinan State University and held via Zoom platform.”PSUโ€“WE EVOLVE” Pangasinan State University’s Workforce Empowerment through Education and Virtual Opportunities Leading to Valuable Engagement aims to provide an opportunity to kindle commitment in steering personal progress; impart purposeful techniques essential in balancing the professional, personal, and spiritual aspects of life; equip educators with resilient attitudes and skills helpful in addressing work challenges; promote methods for developing effective facilitating skills.During the morning session of the webinar from, 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, Ms. Carelle M. Herrera, President and Ceo of TrainStation Manila, Hong Kong, and Singapore, spoke about balancing professional, personal, and spiritual life. After the afternoon break, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Dr. Carl E. Balita, Chairman of the CEB Group of Companies taught the attendees about developing effective facilitating skills. Furthermore, from 2:31 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Dr. Lida C. Landicho, Clinical Psychologist at LPU Batangas taught everyone about the educator’s well-being, challenges, and solutions.The said seminar was made interactive when attendees were given time to ask the speakers about their topics, respectively. Dr. Elbert M. Galas, Vice President in Administration and Linkages, Sen. Joel J. Villanueva, Chairperson, Senate Committee on Higher Technical Education and a member of the PSU Board of Regents, and Dr. Ian D.
