As part of extension services meant to strengthen community ties, the PSU College of Engineering and Architecture (CEA) turned over the plans and designs for the rehabilitation and restoration of the Church Bell Tower to Our Lady of Lourdes Parish in Brgy. Salasa, Bugallon, Pangasinan last May 27, 2021.
The project was spearheaded by the project leader, Engr. Rodel P. Hacla, together with Arch. Simeon Rico, Jr., Engr. Mark Jefferson Castro, and Engr. Leizel Locquiao. The structural plan was presented by Engr. Locquiao and the signing commenced with Arch. Rico, Jr., Engr. Castro, and the Parish Priest.
