vmcvPangasinan State Univerity- Alaminos City Campus (PSU-ACC) students showcased their skills and talents during the week-long celebration of the 37th PSU Anniversary held at Purita Braganza Building, October 4-7, 2016 with the theme: “Catalyst of Change for Greater Accountability and Transparency.”

The contest proper started with the Vision, Mission and Core Values (VMCV) Recitation. Joana Reate of the Hospitality Management Department bagged the first prize while Jobeth Montenegro and Kevin Tejada of the Education Department tied for the second place. It was followed immediately by the Jingle-Making Contest where compositions revolved with the theme of the event. Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Department won the second spot.  Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Department hailed as the champion. Furthermore, Kevin Lumapit was declared first place; Jocelle Casipit as the second, and; Kenneth Revales in the third place for the Poster-Making Contest. For Oratorical Contest, Clarice Rantayo, the sole contestant of the competition, wins by default. The highlight of the day which was the PSU Got Talent marked an impact to the audience by making them astonished with every performance. By the judges’ decision,“The University Force Dance Troupe” won third place; “Tina Turner Impersonator” landed second and; “Trio,” an all-girl singing group, was declared as the champion.
