Leadership in Education Academy and Development (LEAD) recognizes the leadership of PSU President Dr. Dexter R. Buted in leading the university to offer its humanitarian acts in providing support to the community in Pangasinan during the time of CoViD-19 pandemic.
PSU has had various activities and programs directed towards helping needy community members cope up with the economic difficulty brought by the current crisis. It has extended help to more than 4,500 individuals through giving of food packs, face shield and face masks to frontliners, relief package to households and senior citizens as well as to stranded dormers, rice assistance to its employee and offering of free ride to frontliners using the university coaster.
LEAD is an organization which has a vision of developing excellent, credible, dignified, noble, and efficient educational leaders who are honest in the service of the humanity.
Dr. Buted is the only SUC president by far to receive such recognition.
