Pangasinan State University โ€“ Gender and Development (GAD) Office successfully concluded its Day 3 on Strategic GAD Planning and Budgeting Workshop for 2026 – 2027 on October 24, 2025, at Jowtoo Restaurant, PSU-Golden Lion Hotel. Lingayen, Pangasinan.

She comprehensively talked about the GFAST (GAD Focal Point System Functional Assessment Tool) and GAD Budgeting & Activity Design using HGDG. Meanwhile, ๐‘ซ๐’“. ๐‘ฑ๐’†๐’‚๐’๐’Š๐’๐’š๐’ ๐‘ณ. ๐‘ฝ๐’Š๐’๐’๐’‚๐’๐’–๐’†๐’—๐’‚, Vice President for Administration and Finance Management Office also served as a resource speaker in Day 2. She put emphasis on the importance of linking programs, projects, and activities (PPAs) with appropriate budget allocations, supporting gender-responsive initiatives.
