The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) – Regional Office 1 recently held the 2024 Regional Tech4ED Awards and ILCDB Stakeholder Recognition on November 21, 2024, at the Don Leopoldo Convention Center.
Dr. Rosario DL. Valencerina, Campus Executive Director of Pangasinan State University โ Alaminos City Campus (PSU-ACC) received an award recognizing the unwavering support of the campus for the implementation of ICT literacy and competency development programs of the DICT โ Region 1.
This event gathered key stakeholders and recognized the significant contributions of Tech4ED centers to community empowerment. One of the event’s highlights is the awarding of Mr. Dave P. Soriano, a BSIT student of the campus who won 2nd place in the e-Content/Video Making Group Category.
The gathering aimed to foster collaboration among stakeholders and celebrate the achievements of Tech4ED centers in advancing digital transformation, inclusion, and community development. The DICT seeks to inspire continued innovation and dedication to digital empowerment by honoring these centers and their partners.
