The assembly began with opening remarks from the CED, who emphasized the importance of continuous communication and collaboration among all employees. The session then proceeded to a series of updates and discussions on key areas affecting the campus community.
Among the major topics tackled were the QR Code login and logout system, intended to ensure accurate monitoring of attendance, and the schedule of classes for the 2nd Semester of Academic Year 2025–2026. The CED also discussed “Barkadahan”, an initiative promoting camaraderie and wellness among employees through capacity building activities.
Further discussions covered the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2025, which outline the targets and metrics for evaluating campus performance, especially the targets that are yet to be met. Proposed projects and programs were also presented, aligning with PSU’s vision of continuous improvement and innovation including the rise of another academic building on FY 2026.
Additionally, the assembly addressed new policies concerning food stalls, waste management, and flexible work schedules, ensuring compliance with university guidelines and sustainability practices. The assignment of proctors for the upcoming examinations was also finalized to ensure orderly test administration.
Other agenda items included the revised Investors in People (IiP) timeline, updates on campus response protocols in the event of an earthquake, and important HR and administrative matters affecting both teaching and non-teaching personnel.
The meeting concluded with an open forum where participants were encouraged to raise concerns and suggestions. CED Quimson expressed appreciation for everyone’s active participation and reiterated the campus’s commitment to uphold excellence in service and operations.
