The Campus Library hosted a hands-on workshop on various electronic resources at the Purita Braganza Building (PBB) Audio-Visual Room April 8, 2022.
Mrs. Luisa Andrea C. Junio, the Campus Librarian, introduced the latest electronic bookshelves such as VitalSource, Gale Cengage Power Pack, Digital Media Learning, and Philippine E-Journals, which are readily available for faculty and students alike.
Mr. Kelvin Gonzales of C&E Publishing Inc. discussed a detailed explanation of these subscriptions to promote the available online resources and how these can be accessed.
In support of the flexible learning transition, e-resources were availed by the University and endorsed by Dr. Manolito C. Manuel, Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs. Such resources allow a more comprehensive acquisition of learning materials and research references in the current flexible learning setup caused by the pandemic.
Moreover, the online bookshelves are filled with e-books and e-journals from various publishers that are genuine and user-friendly.
