City Mayor Arth Bryan C. Celeste, ably represented by OIC–City Information Officer Ms. Venus N. Balgua and City Youth and Sports Development Officer Mr. Cloyd Peter P. Lalas, visited Campus Executive Director Dr. Liza L. Quimson on November 21, 2025, for a strategic meeting aimed at strengthening the partnership between the City Government of Alaminos and Pangasinan State University–Alaminos City Campus (PSU-ACC).
The discussion highlighted several key initiatives, including the City-led Campus Caravan scheduled for January 2026, which seeks to bring government services and youth-oriented programs directly to PSU-ACC students. Also discussed were infrastructure development plans such as the repair of the PSU-ACC covered court and the construction of new basketball and volleyball courts, which will be donated by the City Government of Alaminos to support sports development and student well-being.
In conclusion, PSU-ACC expressed its gratitude for the City Government’s proactive efforts and continued support. Both parties reaffirmed their commitment to sustained collaboration in developing impactful programs and improved facilities that will benefit students and the broader Alaminos community.
