She comprehensively talked about the GFAST (GAD Focal Point System Functional Assessment Tool) and GAD Budgeting & Activity Design using HGDG. Meanwhile, ๐ซ๐. ๐ฑ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ณ. ๐ฝ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐, Vice President for Administration and Finance Management Office also served as a resource speaker in Day 2. She put emphasis on the importance of linking programs, projects, and activities (PPAs) with appropriate budget allocations, supporting gender-responsive initiatives.
