At Pangasinan State University – Alaminos City Campus – Earlier this morning, incoming freshmen and returning students flock together at the PBB grounds to attend the first Flag Raising Ceremony of the Academic Year 2023-2024 with new PSU vision and PSU mission to uphold.

After the conduct of the flag raising ceremony, it was simultaneously followed by the awarding of the certificates for the model students and campus employees in relation to the Values Formation for the months of April, May, and June.
Students immediately surfaced the entire campus to look for their respective classrooms.
