In preparation for the Universityโs Medium-Term Development Plan 2024-2026, a pre-planning meeting was conducted on November 23, 2023, at 1:00 PM in the Audio Visual Room (AVR). The meeting was a crucial step in aligning the Universityโs new Vision, Mission, and Strategic Goals (VMGO) with a data-driven and collaborative strategic planning process.
All unit heads and coordinators attended this important meeting, which aimed to engage all divisions and units in the planning process. The agenda for the meeting included:
1. A performance review of FY 2023, using the Balance Scorecard 2023. This review provided valuable insights into the Universityโs performance and helped identify areas of improvement.
2. A revisit of the SWOT Analysis to determine internal competencies. This analysis answered critical questions about what could be improved and what should be avoided, providing a clear path forward for the University.
3. Discussion of other matters relevant to the Universityโs strategic planning.
Dr. Rosario DL. Valencerina, Campus Executive Director, together with Ms. Rosel L. Dela Cruz, Campus Planning Coordinator, appreciated the usual support and cooperation of all unit heads and coordinators.
Their input and collaboration were vital to the success of the Universityโs Medium-Term Development Plan 2024-2026. This meeting was an opportunity for all units to contribute to the Universityโs growth and development, ensuring a bright future under the new VMGO.
