𝐈𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐒𝐔-𝐀𝐂𝐂’𝐬 𝐖𝐚𝐲

The Pangasinan State University- Alaminos City Campus held a Team Building Activity at the Shercon Resort and Ecology Park in Mataas na Kahoy in Lipa City, Batangas, on August 5-6, 2022.

The resort features a variety of challenging and simple team-building exercises created by Traverse Outdoor Inc. Some activities were team cheering, maze, rappelling, zipline, and more. These events aimed to foster a healthy dose of competition and teamwork among PSU- ACC’s teaching and administrative staff.

Moreover, at the end of the event, the selected attendees discussed their experiences. Their remarks were common threads of a sense of oneness, a tighter-knit group of friends, some surprising new pals, a calmer disposition, and an abundance of appreciation. Indeed, every university employee got the chance to get to know one another better, share goals and ideas, and re-energize.

Full of bliss, the PSU-ACC team extends its gratitude for the unwavering support of the University President, Dr. Dexter Buted, for an event like this that fosters solidarity in the workplace.
