The CTE held the Freshmen Orientation at the Audio-Visual Room (AVR) to formally honor and welcome the entrance of the future educators in the institution last August 23, 2023.
The said orientation was attended by the faculty members of the CTE. Also present in the orientation were Dr. Jenylyn V. Oboza, Campus Executive Director (CED), Dr. Ellen Grace B. Ugalde, Dean of CTE, Secondary and Professional Education Chairperson Dr. Chenee Marie C. Cacho, Elementary and General Education Chairperson Dr. Janice R. Carambas, Dr. Christopher J. Cocal, former Dean of CTE and Project Leader of EduSaklolo, and Prof. Shella Marie I. Diocares, Student Services Coordinator.
Dr. Oboza once again told the newcomers that they are fortunate to be chosen despite the limited spots available in the program they have chosen. They should view this as a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to pursue their aspirations.
The Freshies were so active that they ended the orientation through an Open forum and a talent show.

On the same day, August 23, the IT department conducted the orientation of Freshmen IT students for the Academic Year 2023-2024 at the Computer Laboratory 2.
Present in this orientation were Mr. Ruissan A. Ramos, MIT, Chairperson of IT Department, Mr. Marino Bartolome, Information Communication Technology Management Office (ICTMO)/Management Information Systems (MIS) Coordinator, Mrs. Rosel Dela Cruz, MIT, Mr. Genster P. Camposagrado, MIT, Adviser of the Domain of Information Technologists (DOIT), and faculty members of the department.

Today, 24th of August 2023, Hospitality and Tourism Management Orientation Program for Freshmen and Transferees was conducted at Pangasinan State University – Alaminos City Campus (PSU-ACC) at the Bayanihan Center Rural Development (BCRD) Grounds.
At first, Department Chairperson, Pauleen N. Camba discussed about HTM Department Overview such as programs and opportunities waiting for HTM students. She also encouraged the students to join Students’ Organizations.
HTM instructors talked about dos and don’ts in the department such as HTM department uniforms and proper grooming. It was then followed by some HTM students who showcased the different department uniforms.

To conclude, Campus Paper Adviser, Maโam Ana Marie De Guzman promoted the student publication and gave tabloids to the freshmen to encourage them to join the organization. Furthermore, campus-wide orientation is expected to take place next week.
