Faculty members and non-teaching personnel of Pangasinan State University Alaminos City Campus (PSU-ACC) participated in a comprehensive reorientation program on February 15. The agenda included a review of customer satisfaction measures, a discussion on the Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPC/R), an overview of the campusโ€™s strategic development plan, and a session for preparing the annual operational plan.

The event featured several key speakers. Acting HR Coordinator, Ms. Sheilla Marie M. Pascua, delivered the Statement of Purpose, and the Campus Executive Director, Dr. Rosario DL. Valencerina, shared an inspiring message.

The reorientation included a discussion on the Strategic Performance Management System by Ms. Nikki V. Fama, HRMDO-Head of the Performance Management Unit. The technicalities of accomplishing IPC and IPCR in the HRIS were explained by HRMDO Staff, Ms. Lanagail C. Abalos.

In the afternoon, Quality Assurance Coordinator, Mr. Ronald R. Noma, presented the Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS). The cascading of the Campus Strategic Development Plan and the preparation of the Campus Annual Operational Plan were led by Ms. Rosel L. Dela Cruz, Acting Planning Coordinator and IT Department Chairperson.

The event concluded with Dr. Agerico F. Oboza, Administrative Officer, emphasizing the importance of everyoneโ€™s contribution in achieving the institutionโ€™s goals and objectives. He stated, โ€œIt takes everyone to share his/her own contribution for us to be able to achieve our goals and objectives as an institution.โ€
